Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bently Nevada 330500-00-00TG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Burkert products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dittmer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Denex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Burkert such as the US51C85 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1XPT100 manufactured by Dittmer and we are pleased to be able to service most Dittmer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 51M1000 by Manufacturer Denex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Electrochem Brand 55464 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Datalogic such as DS4600A2000 equipment made by Datalogic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datalogic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datalogic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DM100X made by Cognex as well as the popular S9328A1800 original spares produced by Datametrics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2291NA48P13CEFFCACZZB300 by Dynisco and DS4600A2000 spares by Datalogic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
